LGPro has launched a new and exciting Mentoring Program for professionals working in Local Government in Victoria.
For Councils
To build Council capacity by providing a 'safe space' for leadership development and future leaders at all levels of
the organisation.
For Mentors
To provide opportunities for mentors to contribute to the wellbeing of the sector by passing on their knowledge
& experience to others.
For Mentees
To enable mentees to gain independent, objective perspectives and enhance their knowledge, skills and confidence.
Program Intake & Training Dates
Series 1 (2010)
- Program Orientation Day - Tuesday 9th February 2010 (full day)
- Facilitated 1st Mentoring Session (optional) – Tuesday 23rd February 2010 (9.30-11.30am)
- Mid-Program Review Workshop - Thursday 10 June 2010 (9.00am to 1.00pm)
- Final Program Debrief Workshop - Wednesday 13 October 2010 (9.00am to 1.00pm)
