For Councils
To build Council capacity by providing a 'safe space' for leadership development and future leaders at all levels of
the organisation.
For Mentors
To provide opportunities for mentors to contribute to the wellbeing of the sector by passing on their knowledge
& experience to others.
For Mentees
To enable mentees to gain independent, objective perspectives and enhance their knowledge, skills and confidence.
